To register for workshops in Provincetown or Belmont, Mass, follow the steps below: 

Step 1)
Download and print Application Form and Health Checklist (pdf)

Step 2)
Pay the workshop fee online with Paypal (below) or send a check and your Application Form and Health Checklist to:

Step 3)
Fill out and mail (or scan and email) Application Form.

Cancellation Policy: Payment in full is due when you register for a workshop. Cancellations up to a 3 days before the start of a workshop will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Refunds will be made by check to avoid Paypal fees. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start of a workshop may not be refunded; however, participants have the option of having the entire amount credited towards a future workshop.
